Refunds for Completed Services:
We do not offer refunds for completed services. Our commitment is to provide prompt and reliable assistance, and our service fees contribute to compensating our skilled technicians.
Gone on Arrival (GOA) Calls:
For Gone on Arrival (GOA) calls, the full service fee is charged. In the event you are not at the location upon our technician's arrival, the service call fee remains applicable.
No-Show Policy:
Refunds are not provided if the customer is not present when our technician arrives. Our technicians deserve compensation for their time and dedication.
Chargebacks:
Chargebacks are deemed unacceptable and will be subject to a recharging fee of $50. Should you encounter any service-related issues or concerns, kindly contact us at 877-227-0311 or [email protected] before initiating a chargeback.
Changes to Refund Policy:
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy. Your continued use of our services post any changes signifies your acceptance of the updated refund policy.
